DE-202D Cryostat for Siemans D-500

 

DISPLEX Closed Cycle Cryostats

The Displex range of cryostats were originally developed by Air Products to provide an economical alternative for achieving cryogenic temperatures without using liquids. Displex cryostats are now field proven in many different applications. A special feature of the Displex design is the pneumatically buffered displacer which greatly minimises vibration making the Displex particularly suitable for reseach applications.
     The DE-202D cryostat, with a temperature range from 10 K to 350 K, is designed to mount on a Siemans D500 Goniometer. The DE-202ND is modified to reach  6.5 K bottom out temperature and higher capacity at 10 K, and has a temperature range of 6.5K to 350K.
