CS210B.png

The CS-210B is ARS’ second most powerful true UHV cold head (10-11 Torr). As with our other true UHV cryocoolers, all of the rubber o-ring seals have been replaced with welded joints and metal seals. A CF flange is directly welded to the cryocooler.

These true UHV systems are bakeable to 80 C, and the 10 K CS-210AB is bakeable to 200 C if the displacer is removed. (Special training required.)

Cold tip extensions are available to put the sample right where it is needed in the chamber.

The large CS-210B also has the option of flanged heat stations to provide solid thermal contact for larger samples and cold stages.
