Service

Most service jobs are performed at our corporate headquarters located in Macungie, Pennsylvania (USA). 

The ARS staff personally services all closed cycle and flow cryostats that we have manufactured. We have the unique ability to manufacture the entire system, which allows us to control the availability of parts pertaining to the systems. 

Along with routine maintenance, upgrades are available to provide extra flexibility for your system. Some of these upgrades include new instrumentation or the addition of high temperature interfaces. 

We understand these systems are integral to your research, so we strive for a fast turnaround to limit your downtime. 

We offer training on system operation, along with routine maintenance. Once you complete the training, you are able to order maintenance kits and service the system yourself.
